Tell Them We Sent You

One of the best things about boarding is that although it is the same sport no matter where you go, where you are while doing it makes all the difference. Finding the best places to ride, and the best people to stay with while your away, is also one of our passions.

These are some of our recommendations for travel based on where we have stayed, or where we continually return to time and time again because they are so awesome.

we like

We like Steamboat because the hill is fabulous and you are almost always guarenteed champagne powder. The mountain itself is great for riders of all levels. Overall, it's a quiet town dedicated to those who come for the mountain.

Check Out: Strawberry Park Hot Springs
Stay Here: The Rabbit Ears Motel

We like the Rabbit Ears because it is on the bus line which takes you directly to the hill. No bells and whistles with this one. They include hot breakfast, cable, and are seated directly across the street from the hot springs.

We like Breckenridge because there are four peaks on the mountain and they are great for all users. They have an incredible half pipe and a great board park, and they hold many worldwide tournaments there. Downtown Breckenridge has awesome shopping, and the Blue River Bistro is perfect for lunch.

Check Out: Downstairs at Eric's
Stay Here: Wedgewood Lodge

We like Wedgewood Lodge because you can exit the lodge and jump onto Snowflake lift to get immediate access to peaks 8 & 9. That's all you need.

We like Jamaica because of the amazing culture, and wonderful people. Everyone here has a mindset of "one love, one heart", and it is a place where everyone can find peace and beauty. The ocean activities are always killer, and diving as well as wakeboarding are definitely worth checking out.

Check Out: Ross Rody's Roadside Organic
Stay Here: Banana Shout Resort

Ross Rody's is, like many places in Jamaica, completely vegan. It is more than worth a stop, for everyone.

We like Costa Rica because the surf is wonderful and the climate is never too extreme. Visit Playa Hermosa if you are a more experienced rider, or Jaco if you are a beginner. Hiking in the jungles is also something you shouldn't miss out on.

Check Out: Del Mar Surf Camp
Stay Here: The Backyard Hotel

Del Mar Surf Camp in Jaco is just for the ladies. The daily activities include a jungle hike in the morning, surf lessons in the afternoon, and yoga to follow. Awesome way to meet cool girls from all over.

Duck Key is cool because the resort amenities range from ocean catamaran tours, a dolphin research & rescue center, great resaurants, and it's centrally located amongst the other Florida Keys. Water sports, diving, and eco tours are all great.

Check Out: Sundance Watersports
Stay Here: Hawks Cay

Hawks Cay is the place to stay at because it includes opportunities for everything. Fishing, diving, water sports (including kiteboarding), and dolphins are just the beginning.
